Hey, hi, hello, it's Sam Wiebkin! You've stumbled across my shop's About page, congratuations! I opened this shop in 2011 when I was still in college studying illustration and creative writing. It all started with a handful of nerdy items, mostly paintings, that I was hoping to sell to make a little extra money while at school. In my senior year of college I rediscovered my love for fabric arts, sewing, and embroidery, and it hasn't stopped since!

All of my items are hand made by me in my studio. I find the process of stitching and sewing relaxing, and there is nothing I enjoy more. Of course, there are more than just fabric creations in my shop. I love to experiment and trying new mediums, and I will always land back on my illustrator roots by making greetings cards or paintings when the mood strikes me.

Many of my items are influenced by nerd culture, something that I've always been emersed in. Whether it's Harry Potter, Steven Universe, or The X-Files, I'm always daydreaming about some new design or project.

I'm always looking to expand my abilities, and I hope that the items in my shop reflect the love and attention I put into each one. I share my work and progress on several social networking platforms, and I love communicating with anyone who takes an interest in the work that I do.
